POLICY
Cyrus the Great of Persia who founded one of the most extensive and
powerful empires of the ancient world has traditionally enjoyed a very
good press. He is presented as plucky, honourable and lacking in
vicious traits by Herodotus who also provides the interesting information
that the Persians themselves regarded him as a ‘father’1-a term
suggestive of benevolence and wisdom as well as underlining his
achievements as the founder of the Persian state and first extender of
its realm. Xenophon (c.430-c.354 BC) chose Cyrus as the subject of
his novel, the Kyropaideia, and presented him as the ideal ruler and a
paragon of every conceivable moral virtue. Nor does this impression of
the character of Cyrus rest only on Greek literary evidence; Cyrus
received similar favourable treatment in the Jewish tradition as well:
he is the ruler chosen by Yahweh to deliver Israel from the Babylonian
exile and bring about the restoration according to the prophecies of
Deutero-Isaiah, prophecies which are confirmed by the Book of Ezra
where a proclamation of Cyrus is quoted positively ordering the
rebuilding of the temple and reinstitution of its cult. If one doubts the
genuineness of the proclamation, which is given in Hebrew at this
point (Ezra 1.2-4), the decree of Cyrus quoted in Aramaic later (Ezra
6.2-5) which differs in respect of details of rebuilding and so forth
tends, nevertheless, to confirm the tradition that Cyrus certainly
ordered some kind of restoration to be undertaken. The chronological
problems and confusions of the early post-exilic period have made it
difficult to see what exactly was done at Jerusalem before the reign of
Darius I,
2 and there has been no lack of scholars who have doubted the
authenticity of even the Aramaic document attributed to Cyrus.3

Cyrus Wielki z Persji, który założył jedno z największych i
najpotężniejszych imperiów starożytnego świata, tradycyjnie cieszył się
bardzo dobrą opinią. Herodot przedstawia go jako odważnego, uczciwego
i pozbawionego wszelkich negatywnych cech, dostarcza on również
interesujących informacji, że sami Persowie uważali go za ‘ojca’
1 -
Xenophon (ok. 430-354
p.n.e.) wybrał Cyrusa na bohatera swojej powieści Kyropaideia, gdzie
przedstawił go jako idealnego władcę i wzór wszelkich możliwych cnót
moralnych.
z niewoli babilońskiej i doprowadził do odbudowy według proroctw
Deutero-Izajasza, proroctw potwierdzonych w Księdze Ezdrasza, gdzie
Problemy
chronologiczne i zamieszanie we wczesnym okresie po wygnaniu utrudniły
określenie, co dokładnie zrobiono w Jerozolimie przed panowaniem Dariusza
I,
2 nie brakowało więc uczonych, którzy wątpili w autentyczność nawet
dokumentu aramejskiego przypisywanego Cyrusowi.

Source text - English The PDT system includes LED light emitting diodes (Lighting Emitting Diode). The
PDT system is a device that emits an incoherent beam with a narrow spectrum of
light. The LED system is based on a semiconductor chip on a reflecting surface. As
electricity flows through the system, light is produced. From a radiometric point of
view, the LED emission curve has the form of a Lambertian pattern in which all light
is emitted at an angle less than 90 degrees.

The mechanism of biochemical processes in PDT system therapy has an effect on
the molecular, cellular and tissue levels. The PDT system acts on tissues and cells
through photobiomodulation. To trigger biochemical processes and biological
activity, LED light must be absorbed by specific molecules (photoacceptors) and
transformed into an excited state, which activates the intracellular biosynthetic
pathways. This process is called light signal transduction through molecular cell
receptors.
The PDT system emits visible light in the range of 400 nm to 780 nm. The emission
of a visible light beam directed to the skin surface provides cells with energy in the
form of visible radiation, modulating the metabolic processes taking place in the
cells. This mechanism is called the pathway of cell signaling - photosignal. It is a
cascade of reactions induced by the photon of LED light through the light-absorbing
chromophores in the order cell membrane, mitochondria, cytoplasm, cell nucleus.

stopni.

Mechanizm biochemicznych procesów w terapii systemem PDT wykazuje działanie
na poziomie molekularnym, komórkowym i tkankowym. System PDT działa na
tkanki i komórki poprzez fotobiomodulację. Aby wywołać procesy biochemiczne i
Emisja
wiązki światła widzialnego kierowana na powierzchnię skóry dostarcza energii
komórkom w postaci promieniowania widzialnego, modulującego procesy
metaboliczne zachodzące w komórkach. Mechanizm ten nazywany jest szlakiem
sygnalizacji komórkowej – photosignal. Jest to kaskada reakcji wywołana fotonem
światła LED poprzez chromofory absorbujące światło w kolejności błona
komórkowa, mitochondria, cytoplazma, jądro komórkowe.
