Warnings and precaution measures
Patients may experience worsening of their depression and/or the emergence of suicidal behavior or unusual changes in behavior. All pediatric patients being treated with antidepressants should be closely observed, especially during the first months of drug therapy, or at times of changes in dosage (increases or decreases).

Source text - English This form is diagnosed because of the presence of systemic features, besides arthritis. The main systemic symptom is represented by fever, often accompanied by a salmon-coloured rash that appears during fever spikes. Other symptoms may include muscle pain, enlargement of the liver, spleen or lymph nodes (groups of cells that filter out bacteria etc. as a crucial part of the immune system), and inflammation of membranes around the heart (pericarditis) and lungs (pleuritis).

Acid rain increases the acidity of the soil, thus disturbing the acid equilibrium between the nitrates and sulphates in the underground waters, and destroying forests, parks and green areas.

Source text - Macedonian Носителот на лиценцата за вршење на дејност од членот 4 на овој закон е должен, една година пред истекот на рокот на важење на лиценцата, да ја извести Регулаторната комисија за тоа дали ќе бара продолжување на лиценцата.
Носителот на лиценца не може да престане со вршењето на дејноста за која е издадена лиценцата без претходно одобрување од страна на Регулаторната комисија.
Лиценцата може да се одземе ако носителот на лиценцата:
- престанал да ги исполнува условите за вршење на дејноста од членот 4 на овој закон, за која е издадена лиценцата;
- во определен рок не постапи по барањето на надлежните органи за отстранување на недостатоците во работењето и
- не ја исполни обврската од членот 11, став 4 на овој закон.
Translation - English The holder of a license for performance of the activities specified in Article 4 of this law is obliged to inform the Regulatory Commission no later than a year prior to the expiry date of the license if he is to demand an extension of the license or not.
The license holder can not terminate the performance of the activity for which the license was issued without prior approval by the Regulatory Commission.
The license can be withdrawn if the license holder:
-no longer fulfills the requirements for performance of the activity from Article 4 of this law;
-does not eliminate the defects in its operation, within a specific timeframe, upon the request of the competent bodies;
-does not fulfill the obligation from Article 11, Paragraph 4 of this law.

Source text - English In these times where there is a clear division between affluent society and those who live in poverty, human trafficking is becoming an increasing problem across the world. Sadly, many of the victims of human trafficking are children. The trauma for the children concerned includes not only their removal from home, but also the many forms of abuse that they suffer whilst missing.
The needs of the victims of trafficking are diverse, and assessment is best carried out as a co-ordinated multi-disciplinary task. Children who have been subject to trafficking have usually suffered various forms of neglect and abuse- sexual, physical and emotional. They may have physical illness or psychological problems as a result of their experiences. It is important to understand their needs and to respond to them appropriately.
Translation - Macedonian Во овие времиња, во кои постои видлив јаз помеѓу богатите и оние коишто живеат во сиромаштија, трговијата со луѓе станува сé поголем проблем ширум светот. За жал, многу од жртвите на трговијата со луѓе се деца. Source text - Macedonian Покрај керамиката, на оваа фаза на неолитот и припаѓаат и голем број предмети поврзани со духовниот живот, со култот и со религијата. Тоа се антропоморфни претстави и садови-жртвеници коишто претставуваат уметничка сублимација на сето она што го доживеал и што го замислил човекот. Преку претставата на женското тело, се манифестираат напорите за одржувањето на човечкиот вид. Во основа, пластиката содржи стилизиран натуралистички израз на плодноста, преку деталните претстави на делови од женското тело.
Посебна група предмети наменети за култните и за магиските обреди што се вршеле во домот, се жртвениците. Тоа се минијатурни жртвеници на три ногалки, правоаголни садови украсени со апликации на стилизирани глави на елени со издолжени вратови, како и жртвеници во форма на куќа.
Translation - English Besides the pottery, a myriad of objects related to spiritual life, cult and religion also belong to this stage of the Neolithic. These anthropomorphic representations and sacrificial vessels were an artistic sublimation of everything man experienced and imagined. Through the representation of the female body, the efforts to maintain humankind were manifested. Basically, sculpture contained a stylized naturalistic expression of fertility, by means of detailed representations of parts of the female body.
A special group of objects intended for the cult and magical rites performed in the home were the sacrificial objects. These included: minute sacrificial tripods, rectangular receptacles decorated with stylized heads of deer with elongated necks, as well as house-shaped sacrificial objects.
