On behalf of the PEKAES Multispedytor Sp. z o.o. management I would like to put out 100 “Mega” international transport semi-trailers to tender. Vehicles should be made and equipped in accordance with the enclosed technical specification (in accordance with annex no. 1), in which you can find data and technical parameters required by PEKAES.
Please include in your offer:
• Net price per unit on ex Works basis, total net value of contract with and without VAT
• Guarantee conditions and possibility of using PEKAES for guarantee servicing of the above mentioned vehicles
• Possible dates of delivery
• State 3, 4 or 5-year option of operating lease of the above mentioned vehicles deliveries in PLN and EURO (as long as you are able to offer any of the options)
• State 3, 4 or 5-year rental option of the above mentioned vehicles deliveries in PLN and EURO (as long as you are able to offer any of the options)
Tender letters must comply with technical specifications and are to be sent by 16 February 2007
Written tenders must be delivered in sealed envelopes with “vehicle tender, do not open” written on them.
Moreover, we would like you to enclose electronic version of tender on CD-ROM.
All tenders will be considered and only satisfying ones will participate in further negotiations. Please remember that only a certain amount of tenders will be admitted to the next stage of negotiations.
Your tenders are not binding and will not be taken into consideration as a binding contract, and all claims towards PEKAES related to the preparation to fulfill the contract will be refused.
PEKAES reserves the right to cancel the tender without stating the reasons.

English to Polish: Guidebook excerpt
Source text - English Out west, over some of Europe’s finest sailing waters, lie the Outer Hebrides. Down the Great Glen and over to Skye

Or visit Culloden Moor where Bonnie Prince Charlie’s hope of winning the British throne met defeat in the last battle fought on British soil. Or enjoy golf in the country where it began, with a round or two at Nairn’s Championship course. Or just relax on the glorious Nairn beaches.
A short swift drive down the A9 and you’re in Aviemore, in the heart of Spey Valley, where you can take part in an endless list of summer and winter sports- skiing, golf, fishing, swimming, windsurfing, pony-trekking and shooting are just a few. Visit the Spey Valley distilleries, the Landmark Visitors’ Centre and the Wildlife Park at Kincraig. Take a trip on the Strathspey Steam Railway to picturesque Boat of Garten or simply relax in the tranquillity of the surrounding countryside .
Translation - Polish Na zachodzie, wśród wód uważanych za jedne z najlepszych do żeglugi w Europie, leżą Hebrydy Zewnętrzne. Rozciągają się one od wysp Lewis and Harris na północy (tam narodził się tweed, miękka tkanina wełniana o ścisłej strukturze, często w wielobarwne wzory, używana przede wszystkim do produkcji marynarek) do North Uist, Benbecula, South Uist i maleńkiej wyspy Barra na południu. Na wschodnich brzegach każdej z wysp ciągną się skaliste klify, a na zachodnich rozpościerają się białe, piaszczyste plaże. W głębi wysp natkniemy się na dziką roślinność, pasma górskie, pastwiska oraz ślady kultury celtyckiej w postaci kamiennego kręgu w Calanais. Hebrydy zewnętrzne to oaza spokoju, raj dla ornitologów i źródło natchnienia dla fotografów.
Hrabstwo Ross, w którym znajduje się miejscowość Cromarty to miejsce zdumiewających kontrastów. Ujrzymy tutaj zarówno rozpościerające się sklepienia górskie na zachodzie oraz łagodne wzgórza i lasy na wschodzie, które ciągną się aż do półwyspu Black Isle. Możemy tam także odwiedzić znane na całym świecie ogrody Inverewe oraz wybrać się na przejażdżkę na kucyku, rejs lub wędkowanie. Nie braknie tu dzikiej i dziewiczej przyrody oraz urzekających widoków. To doskonałe też miejsce aby zapoznać się z tamtejszymi formami rozrywki takimi jak ceilidhs, które jest połączeniem typowo regionalnej zabawy z tańcem lub zawodami Highland Games.
Wzdłuż rozpadliny Great Glen do wyspy Skye
Niedaleko na wschód znajduje się szybko rozwijające się Inverness, główne miasto regionu Highlands, gdzie znajdują się doskonałe sklepy i dziwaczna konstrukcja Eden Court Theatre. Podróżując wzdłuż rozpadliny Great Glen trafimy do Loch Ness i być może będziemy mieli szczęście zobaczyć tamtejszą legendę, potwora z Loch Ness. W pobliżu znajdują się wrzosowiska Culloden Moor, gdzie miała miejsce ostateczna potyczka Młodego Pretendenta aspirującego do zdobycia tronu brytyjskiego. To była jednocześnie ostatnia bitwa stoczona na ziemi brytyjskiej. Szkocja to doskonałe miejsce aby zacząć naukę golfa w miejscu jego narodzin. Pole golfowe w miasteczku Nairn gdzie odbywają się turnieje mistrzowskie to odpowiednie miejsce na wypróbowanie swoich sił. W okolicach miasteczka możemy także odpocząć na jednej z uroczych plaż.
Trasa A9 szybko doprowadzi nas do miasteczka Aviemore, które znajduje się w sercu Spey Valley. Okolica oferuje różnorodność letniego i zimowego aktywnego wypoczynku. Narty, wędkowanie, pływanie, windsurfing, przejażdżki na kucyku lub strzelectwo to tylko niektóre z ofert. Nie możemy tam przegapić destylarni Spey Valley, Centrum Turystycznego Landmark Visitor’s Centre oraz parku dzikiej przyrody w Kincraig. Do urokliwej miejscowości Boat of Garten dotrzemy koleją parową Strathspey. Tamtejszy krajobraz sprzyja wypoczynkowi.
