I am waiting to see if the number of participants will reach to at least 10 so that I can make arrangement for a restaurant where there is enough place and quietness.

I don´t mind organize what others don´t have time for but am also willing to share the responsabilitie.
Would anyone like to hold a presentation related to our work? or take pictures? in the age of digital cameras I think we can all take pictures.
Where would you like to be? In a restaurant like Maredo, or Rosenberg (evening is quiet in Rosenberg), or a Chinese restaurant, we only want to pick a place easy to access because I don´t have a car.
There is no fee as of yet to attend, only pay your own way in the restaurant.
I think ID verification is not a bad idea so that we know who we all are. At least it is proZ policy in order to collect the 200 points. (I did not know that some rewards were promised until I read the FAQ).
I can´t think on anything else for now. Should you have any questions or ideas please send me an email.

Did you all take a look a each other´s availability (date and time)? Fr. Lassnig would like Friday because she is outside of Vienna.
Arlène, Would Friday also be good for you? because you are also outside of Vienna.
Any day is okay with me because I am in Vienna.
If we could all agree on a specific date and time, then I can reserve a place.

I guess it means to mark the date and time in RED. I hope I am right. I believe it´s an accounting term.
