Nope, but once I've been asked to profread a text that I translated for the same agency (profreading was prepaid). They then noticed it was me who had translated it and forwarded it to another person.

and what was worse, it was via an automated thing. The software developer had not thought to eliminate the translator from the pool for the editing stage! I had a good laugh at that, and notified the client, thinking that not all translators would be as scrupulous, especially if they were desperate for work!
