This is a Turkish proverb which tells you get a job done by the expert of that field even if you have to pay more. Do you know any English equivalent? (No direct translation please). Thank you

This proverb, though not a literal translation of the phrase, in this form is very current in the USA with the meaning that good products, service, etc. do not come cheap.

Pay more, get more

Although 'pay more, get more' is a general term which can be used to describe goods and commodities, I think it would be an appropriate translation here as well.
