2006: Civil. Casación. Sentencia Definitiva. La clasificación de *testigos instrumentales* y de conocimiento es recogida dentro de la normativa notarial, y en cuanto a los primeros, se consideran tales los testigos que presencian el otorgamiento de instrumentos públicos o de cualquier otro acto notarial, y dan fe precisamente de que las partes han suscrito el documento de que se trata.
