this is the name of a type of Oloroso sherry which is called Botas or las Botas by English aficionados (see 3rd link) so I would leave it in Spanish or perhaps put explanation in brackets. However, anyone going to a blind tasting is likely to know their stuff so won't need an explanation. The "Soleras" are from the bottom bota or barrel
