First of all, I know that "rich" isn't in the original, but "with a color-giving effect" by itself would sound pretty unenthusiastic in comparison with "de materia colorante." I don't like "coloring" instead of "color-giving" either, since it also sounds a bit layman-like for this type of text, but that might be just a matter of American English taste. So here's my suggested option....what I kind of like about it too is that it segues nicely into the next part ("with a rich color-giving effect and...).
I also avoided translating "materia" (probably "substance" rather than "matter") because I simply couldn't find a way to make it sound idiomatic. So yes, I'm translating around the phrase in order to stay true to the original meaning (I hope!).

" providing/giving(which provides/gives) excellent aromatic extraction, *colo(u)r*, and noble tannins" - as you can see I haven´t done much work on the preceding and following phrasea, which you may be going to express otherwise, but just showed how it could fit together.
