"Certificate of origin control" could be another option.
In both cases you could consider replacing the word "control" with "check", i.e. "country of origin document check" and "certificate of origin check".

I think the other answers here are good. Lots of ways to \"skin this cat\" since you are translating a concept rather than an exact/literal equivalent.

"Its" refers to raw material (materia prima). I'm presuming this applies to the signs we see later on seafood, such as "extractivo" (cultivated) vs. caught on the high seas, etc.
