"Laboratory technician training session/s"
Workshop = taller, but IMHO a "jornada" is usually a day-long event which could have several workshops, so I tend to translated as session/s.
And I usually just translate "jornada de cualificación" as training session.
And I don't think " expert" is really necessary, but you can leave it in if you like.
