Consortium Coordinator of Research and Results Transfer
Mi sugerencia. En caso que se relacone a investigación tecnológica, sugiero que se use: ...and Technology Transfer.

Coordinator for (consortiums on research and) transfer of results
This person is going to coordinate consortiums, so it has to be worked into the middle chunk that you have left out of the term you are asking. He/she is not just a coordinator of results.
The consortiums are on research and transferring results.
It all sounds a bit wordy (it would sound much better without "transfer") but none of the words can be dropped without changing the original meaning.

If this is connected with your previous question, it appears that a lot of research is going on and so they need a coordinator to organise the consortiums that have been set up for all this research and data transfer.
Or am I reading too much into this? :)

research consortia and knowledge transfer coordinator
As Emma says, the question is wrongly worded because it only gives half the job title. This is my suggestion for the whole thing. "Knowledge transfer" is a very common buzzword meaning the process of ensuring that as many people as possible benefit from the results. You could also say "consortium" even though there is more than one.
