Any ideas for what "csf" may refer to?

My thinking would be maybe "campo de alto poder"/"campo de gran aumento" (high-power field, but the abbreviation doesn't fit) or "cytostatic factor" or "colony-stimulating factor", but from my research, none of these seem to apply in the context.
And what would the 0-2 refer to? There are a total of eight cassettes (cápsulas) submitted, if that's relevant.

I am not an expert and I wouldn't be surprised if "high-power field" meant the same thing in practice, but still, since it says "csf", which means "campo seco fuerte" (see reference below), and since "per high dry field" is used in a number of authentic scientific texts apparently by native English-speaking authors, I think it may be worth doing it this way. As indicated in my reference, "seco", or "dry" refers to the non-use of immersion oil, which produces a sharper image with high-power lenses, by counteracting refraction:
"By placing a substance such as immersion oil with a refractive index equal to that of the glass slide in the space filled with air, more light is directed through the objective and a clearer image is observed. [...] Notice the difference in image quality between the images captured dry versus those captured with immersion oil."
