This part is specifically about the eyes.
It was suggested that APO [it looks like an "o", not a zero] means no previous history, but I think the text would contradict that.
"apo: retinopatia con tto laser en forma reiterada y glaucoma en tto dorzolamida brimonidina y timolol,"
because the text says "reiterada"
