Spanish term

fu

Spanish to English Medical Medical (general)
This pregnant woman was being seen in Mexico, after having been previously seen in the US. The word in question is a little difficult to read, but I'm pretty sure it's "fu". If not, perhaps it could be "fo".

fundal height

I presume "fu" = "fondo del útero". Fundal height is a common measurement of fetal growth.

Certainly not, Neil! At any rate, I'm more of an "ecky thump" man myself... :-)
