CONTEXTO Perdón y ¿donde está la parte que dice "...en atención a su solicitud, dígasle que deberá estarse al auto de fecha.."? Por otra parte, aunque me esprese con la mayor claridad del mundo, estoy muy acostumbrado a que quienes hacen las preguntas hagan caso omiso de la solisitud.

agree Richard Boulter : In U.S. law, I've never seen the form 'abidance' used and suggest a Spanish-source-interpretation of 'acatarse'. You could then translate 'he must abide by...' in a sentence structure that fits the sentence, but 'abide' is very good for the connotation.
