taxed activity

only if the property is a taxed activity

There is no 'requirement' to engage in a privileged activity, therefore the tax is voluntary. It only becomes mandatory when you voluntarily engage in a taxed activity. Is receiving income from real property, or labor (also property), a privilege granted by the government? NO! It is an inalienable right, secured by both state and federal constitutions. Check your state constitution to see if you have the inalienable right of property. Check with your state Governor and your federal Congressman to see if you still have this inalienable right of property.

"Inmueble" might be translated as premises (or property), encompassing both the structure and the land on which it stands.
