Tenemos un problema con el traspaso al inglés de "subrogado" [en castellano el término podría hacerse equivaler a "adquiere" y en inglés a "reemplaza"]. Cualquier ayuda, bienvenida.

I somehow understand the concept only that I need the phrase gramatically correct in English so that the concept can be understood in English, thx a lot.

Took another look at text - now printed. What this means is that the Borrower is subrogated in respect of all the rights which the XXX Bank had in respect of the Borrower...

could it be "surrogated"? I inserted a text using that word in Spanish.
