Spanish term

...corre traslado al tenor del (phrasing)

Spanish to English Law/Patents Law: Contract(s) petition filed with court
I understand but am not sure of the phrasing for the following portion of text appearing between ** - my version is pasted below. Thanks in advance.

Fui notificado ayer del auto dictado por este juzgado, por el que **se me nomina y corre traslado al tenor del** auto “en el carácter en que actúa.”

...wherein I am identified by name and ordered to be summoned, according to the court order “in the capacity in which he is acting”.

He was served with court papers as counsel for one the two parties, both which he represents, but there is apparently a conflict of interest, plus he does not know which of the two parties is being served here.

Thanks for the context, this is what I can do with it!
