Spanish term

división comunal

Spanish to English Social Sciences Geography environmental impact study
Context: La Figura 2.1 muestra la localización del sitio a modelar (XXXX), así como la división comunal, los poblados, y las estaciones de monitoreo (calidad del aire y meteorología).

Figure 2.1 is essentially a map of the region being studied but I'm stuck with this phrase. I'm guessing it's something along the lines of "municipal regions" but I'm not at all sure.

Discussion

Dr. Andrew Frankland (asker) Jul 25, 2007:
A bit more context This is from Chile. The study is to do with possible sites for a new diesel-fired power station and the modelling of its likely impact on local air quality.
Henry Hinds Jul 25, 2007:
Knowing what country it is from would be very desirable CONTEXT.
