These are headings in a report issued by a bank. I have translated "operaciones de compraventa simple al contado" as "outright cash (or spot) transactions", but am finding it difficult to translate the "(por plazos)" and "(por emisiones)" bit. There is another heading called "operaciones de compraventa simple a plazo" which I have translated as "Forward outright transactions". Any help would be appreciated. Thanks

I would avoid using "spot" to refer to "al contado" since it contradicts the fact that they are installment transactions.
