"Insufficiency of content" would be omission of content and "lack of truthfulness" would simply be "from fraudulent or omitted content."
The undersigned take full liability for damages resulting from fraudulent, misleading or omitted content.
Dentro del ámbito de su competencia would be within their control. or something along those lines
The sentence would look like this
The undersigned will be held responsible for damages which are a result of intentional fraudulent/misleading content or omissions, in accordinace with ....
This is just an option.
Maybe someone can offer up something better...
