This is one of the terms of an agreement to subcontract building work. Not sure how to translate it though I think I understand. Here's the paragragph:
a) 5. La facturación siempre se realizará a origen, y por cada contrato deduciéndose cada vez la facturación a origen
del mes anterior.

all invoices will cover all work from beginning of the contract. Previous invoices to be deducted.
Or any thing to the effect that you show the total amount of the contract, the amount of work that has been completed, the amount that have been previously billed, and the amount that is now due.
