The second source here says it's specifically the Polaris white, but there is also a yellow Polaris, so you may prefer just to put "Polaris".

You can see a couple of pictures of "polares" here, in the "arreglos para iglesia". They are white, so maybe "polaris white" is the way to go:

Thanks, Rachel! Quite possible; it could be broader in practice. The ones in your first ref. don't look like Polaris, I agree. (Then again, not all Polaris look like your 2nd ref.!) I expect there are many slightly different cultivars in different places.

Pero si se trata de flores producidas en México, parece difícil que se refiera a una planta de este género.
