¿Alguien sabe si existe una traducción para esta flor? Encontré que una flor muy similar es "impatience" pero no estoy segura de poder usarlos como sinónimos.

Selected
Impatiens
I would simply use Impatiens since that is the best known term for this flower, unless you need the variety, in which case Daniel's got the right answer.

That is, everyone in the US knows what an Impatiens is, but likely few have heard of Patient Lucy, the technical definition of one variety of this flower. You decide what you need, however : )

And an especially apt choice in view of the Latin name Impatiens.

: In the UK nobody would understand "patiens" or "Patient Lucy" unless they were a very keen gardener. "Busy Lizzie" would be the right term in the UK at least.

Thanks Elizabeth - busy lizzie is the comoner name, I think, though Impatiens is used quite a lot, especially for the different ones, like the New Guinea types. I've never heard of Patient Lucy - but funny how the qualifiers are opposite!
