The indication of a legal representative in the first paragraph of a contract is not the usual practice under the common law because of commercial practices and because the common law doctrine of apparent agency generally protects parties entering into the contract in good faith. Thus, a specific legal formulation has never really emerged as a term of art. The suggestion is what I have seen and used in the past.
