re: W umowie jednakże jest słowo "towar" Zapewne jest to uniwersalny druk w którym wpisuje się dane kupującego i sprzedającego. Dlatego jest tam ogólnikowo „towar”

Grain jest poprawnie, i mogłoby być, gdyby w umowie było napisane "ziarno". W umowie jednakże jest słowo "towar" i należy to przetłumaczyć jako towar. W tłumaczeniach umów niestety nie można sobie pozwolić na takie wariacje (w sensie różnorodności oczywiście :) )
