Latin term
ordinis h.t.

Law (general)
On a law school diploma. I understand that "h.t." refers to the title but there is no other name or a function under these words, just a signature.
In another spot there is the Latin term for a dean and a signature, and one for the registrar and the signature. But under "ordinis h.t." there is a signature and nothing else.
Thank you.
