I'm sure there are probably several different ways to express this.
For 構えの大きい you could say something like "with attitude", "with guts (gutsy)"
As for 主要主題, something along the lines of "key theme", "main topic", etc. Given that your context is music, I went for 'theme,' but others may have better suggestions.
