Checking out Google Images for this term, at the top of the page a couple of images appear that lead me to believe that this is referring to a simple kitchen-use exhaust fan filter. However, I'm not 100% sure of this, and am concerned that the 油汚れ防止 part is suggesting something more.
Any suggestions?
