mogg Apr 19, 2011:
The nearest I could find to the term so far is cross-media marketing. It seems similar to the Japanese description.
Mitsuyoshi Takeyama (asker) Apr 19, 2011:

direct response marketing

cross-media marketing (if based on marketing context)

It depends on the context, in the example I found of it's usage, (talking about business practices) then promotion-base business or cross media/advertising-based business. If you are talking about a marketing model then cross media marketing

feedback-based marketing (or sales)

Personally, I don't think it can be expressed better than what you have already suggested since "反響" is defined as: reaction, reverberation, echo, repercussion [source: Nelson's Japanese Character Dictionary]

So, the marketing is based on some sort of feedback or reaction.

--- Here is a website that speaks along those lines:
http://www.diprose.com/internet-marketing/benefits-of-web-ba...
The internet is a great source of market information. It can be used for marketing research to record customer perceptions of products/services. A company website can be used to collect information about specific customer preferences and requirements, thus aiding the company in building long-term customer relationships. It can also be used to create two-way feedback based on the information gathered.

--- Also please see the below where "feedback-based advertising" is mentioned numerous times:
