Lessor's witness

If 店舗 means 'the owner', this will do.

Supplier observer

店舗側 = Merchant (lit.)/Supplier

立会者 = observer

I am guessing that there needs to be an observer from the supplier in attendance to see that everything goes according to the agreement.
