In relation to the RESAS analysis system, 移輸出入収支 is used to measure leakage of tourism consumption to other areas to see how much a certain town is benefiting from tourism. I found the term defined as follows but don't know how to represent it simply in English.
「移輸出入収支額」とは、域外からの(移出・輸出に伴う)収入額から域外への(移入・輸入に伴う)支出額を差し引いたものである。
