Japanese to English Bus/Financial Accounting ERP Systems
I am finishing up a case study on a company switching to an ERP system. This sentence is between two quotes about the benefits of the new ERP system. I cannot figure out the relationship between the two parts of the sentence (before and after comma). Also, if anyone has good suggestions for 伝票 in this context I would be grateful since accounting/financial systems are outside of my specialty.

Complete sentence 以前は一式で起こしていた伝票が、データの入口から明細の会計伝票を起票することによる効果もいくつか出てきています。

I am not sure why the last six characters got chopped off.
ERP = Enterprise Resource Planning

Firstly, 伝票 usually refers to some hardcopy paper slip, such as a sales slip, voucher, etc.
If "ERP" here refers to Electronic Retail Payment System, then probably "sales slip" would do in this case.

As for your sentence, the very end of it seemed to get chopped off. Anyway, I guess the gist of it is that whereas previously the sales slips were filled out a stack at a time (all at once), the detailed transaction information can now be filled in at the point of data entry, as the transaction occurs (one at a time?). This would obviously mean that the accounting information can be maintained in a more timely manner, etc.

Depending on how you fit it into the other 2 quotes you mentioned, this could be something along the lines of:

(Under this new system)..., the ability to enter detailed accounting information at the point of data entry, where previously the sales slips had to be filled out in batches, (all at once, etc.), brings several benefits....(namely....)

I'm sure you'll probably be able to phrase it more smoothly than that, but that's the general idea....

HTH :-)

Sorry! Of course you are referring to an Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) System...

Thanks, shellfrozen-san. 意訳ですが、とりあえずAskerの理解につながればと思いまして...最終的には彼らしく表現し直せばいいでしょうが...
