Italian term
responsabile didattico-organizzativo
Italian to English
Law/Patents
Law: Contract(s)
From a contract:
Durante lo svolgimento del tirocinio l’attività di formazione ed orientamento è seguita e verificata da un tutore designato dalla Parte B, in veste di responsabile didattico-organizzativo, e da un responsabile aziendale, indicato dalla Parte A.
I was thinking of translating with "who will act as an educational/organizational supervisor"
but in fact a supervisor cannot be 'educational', and 'education/organization supervisor' sounds really stupid.... HELP!

or some such. i'd be careful too about translating that "tutor" as "tutor". supervisor might be better. when i was doing training as a teacher i had a supervisor.

"Trainers and Course Organisers
Your trainer is your first point of contact for all issues relating to your training. He or she will help you design
the educational plan and clinical components of your time in practice, will closely supervise and guide you,
will co-ordinate the team in the practice who will be teaching you, and offer help and support when problems
arise".

: this is what I came up with without looking at the suggestions already made, save that I thought of training rather than teaching, given that it refers to tirocino - depends on your context.

internship mentor/tutor
this is the person who sees to organization/teaching on the academic end, rather than the contact in the company where the internship is taking place.

My job at the university (ok, one of the things I do!) here in Milan is working as liason between the internship tutors (in my case university profs) and the company internship supervisors [our word, but there are many other terms used for the "company contact/overseer" in the world of internships/apprenticeships]... ) :)
So you can compare context/use patterns to your programme:
