context believe me, if there was more I would have given it 2 you! it simply says:
ATTESTATO DI IDONEITA' (title)
Si attesta che il sig.xxx nato a... ha sostenuto e superato la prova d'arte per Elettricista'.

What's the name of the course. of the examination, give us some of the Italian on the certificate. Otherwise the title is just Qualification Certificate.

context it is a very short qualification/professional certificate stating that the person has passed his test to become an electrician, and 'attestato di idoneita' is the title of the certificate

Yes, but I need somehting more specific. This is an elctrician having passed is training/qualification course and it needs to be stated in the certificate. Something like 'qualification/professional certificate'
