Catatan: Pasal 25 UU no. 7/1983 Pajak Penghasilan telah tiga kali diubah, terakhir dengan UU no. 17/2000. Amandemen adalah upaya mengubah satu bagian dari UU, bukan menggantikannya. Demikianlah yang terjadi dengan pasal 25 tsb.
