Actually, it's just a bit different than Harry's answer. Just could not put this comment in limited "agree" textbox (which was max 255 chars only).
Agree w/ Harry; it must be "Pengembangan" not "Pensembangan" (the last word seems to have no meaning in Indonesian).
There are two organizations:
(1.) Badan Pengembangan dan Pemberdayaan Sumberdaya Manusia Kesehatan
= Agency for Development and Empowerment of Health Professionals [ADEHP]
(2.) Pusat Pendidikan Tenaga Kesehatan
= Education Center for Health Professionals [ECHP]
The second one is under the first one, so it must be written like this:
ECHP, ADEHP
just like:
Directorate of Immigration, Ministry of Justice [of Republic of Indonesia]
