<our> own clockwise-swirling natural spring (soft and low in nitrates)
positive dextrorotatory/right turning spring water
http://www.universal-tao.com/article/track.html.
The same thing goes for the frequently overworked terms, left-handed rotation (levorotatory) and right-handed rotation (dextrorotatory). Usually it is assumed that clockwise or right-handed rotation is positive and that left-handed or counter-clockwise rotation is negative. One must be very cautious with these terms, says Grander, because "The critical factor here again are the three cycles. Let's take the monthly cycle, for example, where a strong right-handed rotation can be observed during the phase of the waxing moon, and in the phase of the waning moon a strong left-handed rotation, although the cycles of the year and the day can also exert an additional influence. In nature, we need the plus and the minus, that is a balance between the two. Therefore we cannot say from the outset that right-handed rotation is good and left-handed rotation is bad. Levorotatory water, for instance, can be very good water."

extra info, e-rich is correct
Dextrorotatory would mean that the water has an optical rotatory effect on water - which is IT DOES NOT! Only chiral organic compounds have this property.
I know that some esoteric texts take huge liberties with scientific facts, and complicated terms are used to blind the unsuspecting. Nevertheless, dextrorotatory is scientifically incorrect, while clockwise rotating would be correct if you are looking down a plughole and not up it!!
