A suggestion (again Dietl/Lorenz):
Tenor eines Urteils (Urteilsformel): operative provisions of a judgment

Comment: "I like the simplicity of it. Again,Counsel is doing a great job without D/L (which I do not have either) but I need to keep this in layman's terms where possible. Thank you both."

on the prima facie case made out by the wording (of the claim)
The Klage has heads of claim, as worded to make out a case.
Sale of goods clauses are to be construed - not constructed - 'according to their tenor'.
A judgment has an 'operative part'.
Legislation has 'enacting provisions'.
I don't have an (expensive) copy of Dietl/Lorenz - should I?
'... Present Wording: SBL 335. ... the Privilege and Tenure Committee shall first determine whether or not the grieving Senate member has *made out a prima facie case*. ... '
