: your actual answer is too literal (the German means easily accessible) and you are overtranslating the whole thing a bit. why speculate so much as to the kind of vehicle and reasons for the access./it's a Standort. no other context provided.

the "sichtbar" in the context indicates that this is a commercial property - probably retail. Anyway, the section in brackets is my *explanation* - not an "over translation" (although limiting it to cars is)
