German term
ob
German to English
Law/Patents
Real Estate
Immobilien-Kaufvertrag
"Die Käufer sind in Kenntnis der **ob** dem Gst 657/20 haftenden Dienstbarkeit des Gehens und Fahrens gemäß Pkt. III. Kaufvertrag 1998-02-12 für Gst 657/19."
The sentence describes an easement [Diensbarkeit] on a plot of land against another plot of land that is being sold for development. How is *ob* being used here? I am mystified. Any help much appreciated:-)
The language is Austrian German, which may make a difference.

sorry, I withdraw my answer!!! I guess "Gst" means "Grundstück", so "ob" might be "for" or "pertaining to"
