I think Alev's proposal is fine but would like to add two more possibilities for our glossary: Farmland Ownership Law and farmland legislation.
Die Forderung nach einer konsequenteren Definition von landwirtschaftlichen Bauten und Boden betrifft sowohl das bäuerliche Bodenrecht wie auch das Raumplanungsrecht.
The policy recommendations arising from the results relate both to the provisions of farmland legislation and to aspects of the law on rented land and space planning.
