Prompt settlement or immediate settlement
I have never heard of an insurance company settling claims on the spot. Perhaps they mean "immediate settlement", or "prompt settlement". I mean the processing of claims take place immediately, i.e. without delay. Perhaps they want to differentiate this service which is superior viz-a-viz the other insurance companies.
