I'm a bit puzzled as to who owes whom what here in the above phrase.
Here's the context:
Wird im Zusammenhang mit der Bezahlung des Kaufpreises durch den Käufer eine wechselmäßige Haftung von XXXX begründet, so erlischt der Eigentumsvorbehalt sowie die diesem zugrunde liegende Forderung aus Warenlieferung nicht vor Einlösung des Wechsels durch den Käufer als Bezogener.
