This is evidently a common Swiss usage of the word:
Duden: (Schweiz) zahlen, auszahlen: die Witwenrente, Subvention ausrichten
I think Miriam's translation of "distribution" would work well with Vermögensteilen (assets), i.e., something along the lines of "... have no legal right to ... the disbursement of (the foundation's) income or the distribution of (its) assets..."
Many Swiss websites refer to Beträge that are ausgerichtet.

: Liechtenstein was my first intuitive idea, despite Writeaway's disparaging comment and should have been credited to me, plus disbursement doesn't work with 'Ausrichtung von Gewinnanteilen auf den Sollertrag' in my reference.

Re your ref: I see no reason why "Tantieme" (royalties) and "Gewinnanteile" (dividends) cannot be paid/disbursed.

Indeed, I actually did it the old-fashioned way and walked over to the shelf, pulled out the Duden, and looked it up. So all credit should perhaps go to the publishers. :-)

I am convinced that "Ausrichtung von Erträgen" is beyond the real sense of the content and I think that in the context with a foundation (Stiftung) only the distribution of income ("Ausschüttung von Erträgen") might lead to comprehensible sense.
