Research led me to Türschließkraft, because there were exactly 2 Google entries for "Türkraft", but I haven't been able to find an English term for it. Otherwise this is a straightforward marketing text, with just this one bit of specialised technology.

think Bernd could be right...you might not be looking for "Türschließkraft" but rater something like "door force"...die Türkraft selbst....

Comment: "This is the right answer for the term I stated, but in the end I went with "forces affecting the door", as the text is essentially kept very general (non-technical) and the "Türkräfte", which is the original term used, is not specific, either. Upon reading the text several more times, I concluded that it was intentionally non-specific and translated it in that vein."
