How does one translate this phrase when it does not specifically refer to auditors, but to independent evaluators known as independent pricing agents (see as reference http://www.proz.com/kudoz/french_to_english/business_commerc...
ie people brought in to make an evaluation for purposes of capital increases, contributions, and such? Yes, an auditor may perform this function, but there appears to be a separate category for this function. Is this function of 'perizia' confined to auditors in Italy?

Dans mon dictionnaire, j'ai trouvé : "revisore dei conti". En tapant l'expression on la retrouve très fréquemment avec des explications.

Pare che non si chiami un revisore per se di titolo, ma un "Commissario ai conferimenti," ruolo unicamente francese per operazioni straordinarie, per esempio di aumenti di capitale, anche se e' quasi sempre un revisore che compie questa funzione.
