toll structure
Hello,
Any bridge, stretch of road, or tunnel subject to a toll fee is known as a "toll structure."
"Ouvrage" is a generic word for "structure." At any rate, it should remain non-specific or generic in French. Otherwise, translating this term into English by a specific structure subject to a toll fee would be an overtranslation. That just can't be done.
I hope this helps.

It should remain non-specific in English (it already is in French!).

structures suject to tolls
In both the instances quoted, it's a question of bridges, so if this is always the case, you could just say 'toll bridges'

Sorry, I just spotted my glaring typo above! That should of course be 'subject to tolls' !!! :-((

: if it does include roads: toll bridges and roads (I don't think we toll anything else)

Thanks, Mac! I did wonder — certainly not in my personal experience, but who knows...? // And as Proelec has highlighted, there are also tunnels...

toll bridges and structures
(in the plural anyway)... this is the best way to put it in my view. Yes, bridges, but certain tunnels are "ouvrages à péage".
To future-proof, therefore, I think "toll bridges and structures" is better than "toll bridges and tunnels".
