agree Bourth (X) : Yes, would cover all fields. For specific services, e.g. berthing, you could use a specific term, e.g. berthing fees. (no need to translate "bareme" necesarily)

Continuing from above ...

The French are world champions at stating the obvious: beneath a picture of a factory they will encaption "Photo of the factory", beneath a diagram of an electrical circuit they will put "Diagram of the electrical circuit". I think it's Cartesianism gone beserk. I'm not saying that native English speakers would never do the same, but it is less common. If your "bareme de tarification" is a title above a table, then it's obvious that it's a table, or a scale, and you need simply put "XXX fees" (or rates).

If part of a sentence - it\'s ALWAYS advisable to quote the context - then you might find \"xxx fee scale\" will work.
